I usually knock myself out with pills, and I hate to say it I have a drink, which is not exactly healthy for me.
But for me mania is what I am going through now. Its almost 2am and I am more than wide awake with racing thoughts, basically spamming the boards. It's insane that I have this crazy insomnia. I just wish I could burn out and have a good night's sleep.
