I am running on broadband.

I have a program called Internet Sweeper Pro that I use to clean my cache along with the usual Explorer way. I also use Ad-Aware.

My virtual memory is set at its maximum.

I checked the settings like you suggested Perna and mine is also set at 100kb with 3kb currently used by me. I changed it to 1MB - I'll see if that makes a difference.

My flash player is running fine.

What about saving a video to my computer to play later - can I do that?
