I went from 10mg to 12.5mg I don't really feel a difference but I take the 2.5 in the morning and the rest at night. I really like this dosage very calming for me so hopefully will stay here for awhile. I hope you feel better soon moose. What dosage are you on and what is the highest dosage you have been at?
