Well, I recently went to the doctor about the health problems I was having, including upper back pain that was near chronic and made it difficult to sleep sometimes, and she had me take a blood test. When everything came back okay, she said I should see a therapist. My back pain started some years back, and I usually crack it throughout the day to reduce the pain.

I feel bad now because I realize what is likely causing my back pain, especially since it's upper back pain only. I have 34 DD boobs, which are big, but I didn't think they were big enough to cause back pain. Nowadays, I think they are the cause. It doesn't help that in the past I wore poorly-fitting bras, either. Nowadays, I should be wearing one, but bras make my back pain worse and I just wear layers that hide my bra-less boobs .

I wonder why the doctor didn't even mention anything about possible causes of my back pain. Wouldn't she have gotten a hint when I told her it was only my upper back? I just feel bad the doctor sent me away and I had to figure it out on my own, I suppose.

Does anyone have any recommendations to reduce upper back pain caused by "the girls," or any bra recommendations? It'd be so much help. Right now I'm trying to improve my posture, and massages and showers are quick fixes, since it relaxes the back muscles. I'd be happy to listen to anyone else's stories, too.
