Kiya know we are here for you You can PM any of us and we are here for you. I now those twilight hours can be tough to get through no matter what your issue or problem is. For me lately it's been headaches or pain keeping me up.

Today is a very tough day for me. It's the third anniversary of my dad's passing. If that wasn't going to be hard enough then the fact that I have to deal with the cemetery today will be difficult not just because of his passing but my grandmother my 90 year old grandmother received a call from my dad's wife who by the way married him on his death bed and took everything. If that wasn't bad enough she tried to bad mouth me to my grandmother. That wasn't going to happen but someone vandalized his niche and the called to tell my grandmother last night at 7 pm. She knew we would be today so she called and told her it had been vandalized. She knew earlier in this day but waited till the place was closed. I sent an email last night but it upset me and the tears just came. Which only made my migraine worse plus it's been close to 90 here and by Friday we are supposed to be 20 degreess cooler. All of this changing really wrecks havoc with my fibro my lupus and my pulmonary fibrosis
