Hello, how do you cope with your emotions? Especially if you are feeling negative? You make predictions of what will happen, you imagine the worst thing that could happen.. to the point that you avoid or dont do the activity anymore.

Since last night, i decided to take control of my thoughts. You know, its almost overrated to "watch your thoughts" but we dont really do it. I decided to turn it to a possible or say a coping thought versus the negative thought. I realized that moment by moment, i judge others negatively, imagine the worst, and other i had some bad thoughts such as its too late to turn my world around, that il be doomed to failure, to death.

Today, i was relax but whenever i wanted to take control of my life, depression puts me down. Sometimes i tell myself, its not you, IT'S THE DEPRESSION TALKING!

So how do you cope with your emotions? Esp. the negative?? Did you ever make a move that changed your life because you overcame this?
