Hiya. I've had sleep paralysis before while lying on my side. I did feel pressure on me, but not as much as when I have it lying on my back.

I've heard and seen things before during sleep paralysis, and it usually was in line with the dream I was having previously. I remember when once I was sleeping next to my mom, and after having a nightmare, I woke up and saw in place of her head some sort of demon's. It turned completely around, staring at me, and said some creepy stuff, before turning back around. It looked very, very real at the time. I know now it was part of my dream, but at the time I was paralyzed with fear. I didn't know it at the time, but I was having a really rough childhood, and that could've caused something like that. Another time I was simply awake but couldn't move for about a full hour. I remember looking at my cat and wishing I could move, but I felt peaceful and unafraid. I came in to work late and had to explain it to my supervisor, who was very understanding.

I've heard of people hearing things during sleep paralysis, and I think running water and footsteps fall in line with that. I'm so sorry for the fear it caused though, because I know how scary that can be .

That'll be very interesting if you do eventually have a kid with black hair. I suppose you can tell him about your premonition someday if it does come true! I've never had a premonition, no, but my dreams bring deja vu sometimes in real life. For example, I had a dream of living in a town of houses scattered across steep hills that looked eerily similar to a town I moved into once I was living on my own.
Thanks for this!
