Hi Hopes!!!
Bet you feel like the icons above? Well, I think you're having some troubling "episodes" that need attending to right away. How come you got off your meds? If they weren't
working, you have to tell your pdoc and discuss changing them. It doesn't do you justice to go cold turkey thinking you
won't need them any longer. In fact, I don't know why you haven't had another bad episode???? I would. I use to quit
taking them after I felt better. I'd think, gee, I'm okay now I don't need them anymore. Phooey!!! little did I know the old
thoughts and habits come back ten-fold!!!! I was in worse
shape than I'd ever remember being in. Now I just accept
myself the way I am, take my meds. daily, and deal with it
day to day.
That's what you need to do for YOURSELF. When you start feeling better, your whole outlook will be better. Including your relationship with your family!! When mama's
not happy, ain't NOBODY HAPPY!!!!
Try it and see if that's something you can do for you. It takes
time for drugs to do their work, but it's better than the alternatives.
Good luck.
