Yes. This is perfectly normal. Asymmetry in breasts can be as dramatic as a few cup sizes or as little as one breast being a bit perkier than the other. My right breast is shaped differently than my left, mostly due to the right side of my rib cage being shaped a bit differently than the left. As a result, the underwire in my bras sits a bit awkwardly and my breasts sit in the cups differently.

A lot of women feel self concious about breast asymmetry but really, no two breasts are completely alike by nature. Augmented breasts are another story, however.
