Hello everyone I'm 17, and I feel extremely unhealthy. I'm a guy I weight about 130Ibs..im very skinny, I eat little protein (meats), I also eat little fruits and veggies. I want to be more healthier so I feel better, I need a diet...that isnt about loosing or gaining weight but rather about being healthy...if that makes sense?
I eat lots of junk food and sodas...its addictive..I try to replace soda with gatorade/powerade atleast...is that healthier? I'm very fearful of my health because in my journey of therapy I've discovered more so times then not, I want to live. I see so many elderly ppl regreting being healthy at a young age...
Please help....I need a good diet....before its too late...any suggestions are good....
