Oh God....she isn't even here yet and she's started with the poor her trip over the phone.

She requested a certain airline which I bought tickets from for her....and now she wants another airline closer to her. Come to find out the tickets are nonrefundable.....and how is she possibly even going to get to it? Even writing this now has got the anxiety red lining....
