Have you any grounding techniques? Stress and anxiety triggers us off, like walking into a busy grocery store....overstimulation of the senses with sights, sounds, smells, lights, people, moving objects, rows and rows of symmetrically stacked shapes and colors...

I either have to walk out or ground myself. I like to touch things....like holding a can and reading the label, or pick up a produce focusing on it's features- color, size, shape, texture, imperfections...

It's like a bubble enveloped me where everything I know is real but feels unreal so much that I'm in another dimension. I feel so disconnected from personal objects that they can very easily be a strangers even though I'm familiar with said object.

I've taken a lot of LDS when I was younger and am very familiar with experiencing weirdness...so sometimes I just sit and watch "enjoying" the effect till I can't deal with it too much longer. Lol
