I started to respond to this yesterday, but was having a hard time putting thoughts into words at the time. Anyway -- I just wanted to point out that your therapist may already have an idea that there is more, just from your current interactions. Maybe try one little bit at a time, or just tell him, there is much more that you want to talk about, but you aren't ready yet. Then, as you are able to start talking about some of it he can guide you. Good therapists know when to push a little, but most importantly know when to back off. You will know when you are ready.
