SSRI's don't work for my daughter, and SNRI's are somewhat ineffective too. My daughter is on a SNRI (Serzone) and a Trycylic (also unsure of spelling) Desipramine, along with Tegratol as a mood stabilizer. She was put on Lamictal when IP, but they were too aggressive with dosage increases and she got the rash, so she was taken off that and put on the Tegratol instead.
