i havent, but a quick search on google showed some shrinks doing it with more severe cases of psychotic disorders. i've read that state hospitals more or less disregard PI sheets when they get to dosin' people up. i would think/assume that eps would be an issue and then long term td would become more likely, but...a lot of factors go into overall td risk.
i dont know if this helps at all, lol. my personal advice would be to try to keep the neuroleptic dose as low as possible. there's some data showing that using lamictal with a tranquilizer reduces the brain changes that happen in response to neuroleptics. that can help prevent dosage increases over the long haul, and it reduces the risk of 'tardive psychosis,' etc. sadly, there's also data from people labeled with 'schizophrenia' that seems to indicate that the less overall exposure to neuroleptics, the sooner one can taper, etc...the better the long term outcome.
