Hey Moonkin...I have a Great Health shake for you! I use it twice a day..Its really tasty too.
1 cup chocolate Almond Milk (Almond breeze makes a good one)
1/2 Bananna
1 cup any berries frozen (Wymans is a good brand, Organic if u can afford it)
1 scoop whey or hemp protein (watch the protein powders some add caffeine and taurene which are stimulants which can make you hyper)
2 tsp flax seed (gives you omega 3's)
1 tsp Greens powder
Blend all this well in a blender and Enjoy! Its very healthy and
has no processed sugars and little to no fats. The protein will help u gain weight.
I like using frozen Blueberries, there my favorite! Strawberries and raspberries are good too.
Instead of Soda's and Junk food have one of these instead they are very filling and the protein powder has many Vitamins and minerals added for vitality and Health.
You can use Regular cows Milk if u wish but i'm not a big fan on milk because of the hormones and anti-biotics that goes into the milk.(theres other things i wont go into either)
Try to eat whole Grain cereals and foods in the morning for breakfast if u can. Salads, veggies and Fruits!! But atleast try the shake recipe to start.
Stay away from red meat if u can, with all the meat being recalled today its not worth the risk.Besides red meat is the worse thing you can eat. Chicken and fish is good if u like them.
I'm mostly Vegetarian and is the best way go but u have to make the change gradually. If u need more Info let me know. I would be glad to advise you on health and Nurtriton, since i have had many classes on it. Been to many seminars too.
By the way how tall are u? I'm 5' 9" small framed guy so my appropriate weight is 140. Height and weight charts are accurate to go by. (let me know i can help u on that)
Avoid Sugars, sodas, because they will play with your mood swings which brings on depression when u crash. I know that from personal experience myself. Stay as natural as you can as too what you eat.
