hey dustin,
try starting with foods that you actually enjoy! particularly fruits and veggies, i know, ew, vegetables lol, right? but really, if you just scout out some different types of these foods, chances are that you find at least one that you like, or even love. i never used to eat fruit, at all, but i finally found that some of them are actually really tasty! start small, just with a piece of fruit every once in a while. ya gotta start somewhere, you can do it!
