Hello soccerguy: You'll probably end up needing to see a psychologist or other mental health professional. But starting out by asking your primary care doctor for a referral might be a good way to get started. If that is not an option for some reason, perhaps your health insurer could be of some help... or maybe contact your local mental health association & see if they can suggest some possible service providers in your area.
