I know all the full medical names of drugs, and I quote published research studies at my doc. I just got fed up with being treated like a child and being lied to so now they know that actually I do know enough that they need to do their job properly.
I don't think you sound like you're playing Dr, it's your body that's going to be taking the stuff so they can't criticise you for knowing the name of it.
