Slept in, ate breakfast, showered, did laundry, hung out with a friend, all in all it was a good day. These cramps I'm having suck though!

Hydroxyzine 25 mg (up to 4x a day as needed)
Buproprion 150 mg (1x a day)
Zolpidem 10 mg (1x day at night)
Metformin (750 mg 2x day)
