yes I have seen it inpatient a couple times usually when I am manic...and you realize later. a couple of times it has. been guys that I met up with later on. as I came down I realized the craziness of it all
also i work at a drug detox. I see a lot of undiagnosed super duper hypomania when the drugs are out of ppl systems. other nurses don't notice but of course we do!
