it's a big choice to go without meds. how have you done in the past? how long have you been stable?
you are working closely with your pdoc so that's a good thing! do you have other coping skills?
if you decide now or in the future you need to go back on meds there is nothing wrong with that!

I was already "high functioning" before medication, although I was miserable, self-harming, drinking a lot and vaguely suicidal. I still was able to work 2 jobs and pay the bills, and never severely damaged relationships with people I loved. I was just... miserable. I do have coping skills, and I've taken steps to prepare for a possible breakdown. This is nothing really, but I'm recognizing the symptoms and it scares me
