Inside my head; they're people who talk, yell or cry. They'll talk to me and/or each other. I have a bad one, the others are good and/or just there.

External hallucination; it's like they're talking through a funnel, in another room, banging on something, walking around, screaming and/or laughing manically. Sometimes I hear music or a sports channel.
