I spoke to kimmydawn about this a while ago and she gave me some tips but couldn't do anymore than that.

So you see I have already done that, it's an on going problem for me. I'm not just trying to be awkward, it took a lot for me to post the original question. I didn't want to offend anyone but hoped someone would be able to help/support me with this.
