Hi dear,
I remember those times, It was 12 years ago and my doctor diagnosed me as bipolar, social phobic etc. She gave me so many meds I couldn't even function as a normal teen. For an instance, be really careful with clonazepam. It might work differently on each individual, but it made me extremely depressed and even more sick, so I decided to slowly quit it and eventually all the meds.
I've been living the best years of my life so far, but still need some help. One thing I know for sure is that I won't try a medication approach. I was able to handle the brain chemical unbalance with exercises. Find some fun activity that will get you hooked, your body will naturally feel better. Muay thai has changed it all for me. Its all about trying different things in order to live a better life. Try to always be on a move, don't wait until the solution will come to you, get up and find your own path.
Be well!
