I'm a 36D but I get pain in my breasts, back, shoulders and have a rash on my left breast that flairs more often than not. Bras are so hard to find. I currently only wear them when going out for short appointments and mostly stick with no underwire. Bali makes a really comfortable no underwire bra. You'd wear a size medium in this bra and it's reasonably priced with good sales often. I own a lot of these and they are the next best thing to no bra for me. Here is a link to them:
