I think it might be better to get a bra that fits the larger side and pad the smaller one.

Mine are pretty symmetrical but I understand that I'm in the minority. Plus bra sizes vary by manufacturer, so it's kind of a pita no matter what. A good bra fitter is a must for support and looks.
