Gross question, I know. But...I had x-rays done tonight that showed I'm really backed up if-you-know-what-I-mean (genetics, diet-related). That I have too much you-know-what trapped in there, along with air and gas. Just found this out tonight. The urgent care doctor refused to administer a saline enema when I asked for one, stating that it wouldn't help. Um, that's not true according to all the YouTube videos of people receiving them in doctor's offices.
Has anyone ever had a saline enema to relieve constipation? And, did it help?
I'm also going to start doing a lot more yoga poses to help release the gas and air that's trapped, and try to start walking a ton every day. I read that you should also drink hot lemon water, and massage your stomach clockwise and anticlockwise daily, and not drink liquid when you eat. So many changes I have to make to fix this problem, that is chronic. Can anyone relate? What did you do that helped you with your constipation?
