I'm looking for specific info for you right now. It would help to know what school? Do you want to PM me? I'm pretty well-versed in ADA because I have to disclose my disability at work, and I've had two lawsuit over it (one I won, the other is in progress).
But this should be a pretty easy thing to resolve. My guess is that they have some sort of form that your doctor needs to fill out, and then they approve you for the program.
