DID and PSTD go hand in hand, don't they? It is hard to know where to post about stuff. I mean, triggers start with ptsd, yes? then it is how we handle them - either the host or another part comes in to handle the stressor? Like i just put a post in PTSD, but it may not be the right place because i bring up switching. I dunno - it gets confusing. Especially when different parts bring different dx's to the "table" like depresson, anxiety....
my roommate was asking me (in regards to what I posted in PTSD) if anyone saw what the woman said to me and wanted to know what my co-workers said. but i couldn't answer her. I know others saw what happened, but i wasn't "there" to hear if anyone said anything... i'm sure what ever part was there heard... but i have no knowledge of it.
