I don't know if you have to go in to detail why you don't drink. You could just say you don't drink and leave it at that or that don't drink for personal reasons or simply say something like you don't drink because you are lightweight or you can't drink because your on medication that interacts with alcohol I don't know how helpful that is. Maybe others will have better ideas.
