Everyone and their bodies react differently to different stimuli. Like Perna said....stress can do many different things to a person physically and emotionally.
I want you to know that I understand your stressings and that you DO have a right to feel the way you feel. Maybe once you can get your mind around the idea that stress may be playing a big part in your physical ailments, you can work on finding ways of dealing with your stress that will help make your life more comfortable.
