have you read about karma? thats not really what karma does. its not necessarily pay back in this life. karma also deals a lot with reincarnation. so something you do bad now, could hurt you in a hundred years as someone else. also, the karma you receieve is often tied to what you did. if you steal money from someone, your karma might be someone stealing from you.

and, intentions are the biggest part. have you heard the saying the road to hell is paved with good intentions? well if youre doing something that, on the outside, is perceived as good but youre doing it for selfish reasons then its still bad. the intentions are what really matter in karma.

i.e. if you hurt someone but had no intention of doing so and were honestly trying to help, why should you be punished for that? get it?

also, you never know what goes on behind closed doors. you never know, that person getting everything may be the most depressed person you know. and how is that happiness? when i compare myself to people who have stuff i feel bad. when i compare myself to people based on mentality and emotions, i feel excellent. you need to go deeper than material things to see where karma is playing its role.
