I really like my T and I feel this therapy makes a lot of sense, but it is a program of only 30 times (around 7 months). If you still feel bad after that time it's not their problem. This is what they offer.

I have quite a lot of problems and I am in a bad state atm, unemployed and with many hospital admissions. My problems with BPD started with anorexia and self harm when I was 17 and I am now 33 and was first now given this BPD diagnosis. I am just taking in I have BPD and they expect me to get well in 30 sessions

I feel 30 times is very short, so short that I don't even want to open up to my therapist because it will end soon.

I don't know if I should quit before it really starts, I am so afraid of losing this therapy before I feel better. It is free so I should probably take it, but it feels like this could become yet another loss, and I can't deal with it.

I feel stressed about getting well in 30 times. What if I can't make it. I have already been there 4 times and I am not nearly feeling better, in fact I feel worse because I really need it but it will end in 26 hours :-(
"I feel 30 times is very short, so short that I don't even want to open up to my therapist because it will end soon." I'll feel the same as well, I would interpret it as they are just throwing me a 30-session package and just say good-bye when time's up, like there's ingenuity behind it.

It is free, and I believe any time investment in it will only allow you to know the answer compared to speculations.

May I ask, if you have been there and completed the full 30-session or you left half-way before?
I think it's an important thing for me to understand more from you about this package.
