Is it possible that I'm stressed, even if I sleep well and don't seem to get effectef by it most of the time? Or is it an anxiety problem, that I don't know the cause of?

I just really want to know what is going on, because long period stress is really bad and I have had it for at least a half a year now, this tense feeling that sometimes pop up.

If needed, ask me to get more information.
My heart rate usually runs around the same as yours. Most likely a constant state of low level anxiety for me. I did, however, go to a cardiologist on the referral of my pdoc to be sure it wasn't something serious. He did EKGs and had me do a Holter monitor (I can explain that if you need me to) and there wasn't anything seriously wrong. A couple skipped beats an hour... I go back once a year for a followup just to make sure my heart is still good, because long term running high can cause problems. When I see new doctors and such, I just have to say 110 is normal for me, and I see a cardiologist, and they'll go on to why I'm there for them. Maybe worth just the check up?
