I agree, it's not for everyone to list the traumas. But it gave me a sense on what I needed to work on first. Which ones were more of a burden to my life now. I'm hoping what JD said was true that not all traumas have to be worked through. That once the brain is programed to deal with trauma that the others will follow suit.
