Oh Fuzzy,

I am sorry you are struggling with feeling that you can't say how you feel & that that you are being made to feel that what you are feeling is wrong.

It's important to build up self confidence to know that only you are capable of expressing what you feel & you are the only one that knows your feelings. Your feelings are not right or wrong....they just "ARE" expressions of how your experiences in life have given you the understanding of what is around you & how you see things based on your own life experiences.

Our feelings are based on past experiences we have lived through so that is why they are right for us & who we are. The only way that people can learn who we are & what we think is if they are willing to listen to our feelings.

It's hard to be able to express feelings when we have been torn down by others around us all our life & made to feel that our feelings are worthless, meaningless, & even that they are wrong.

That outside force that is not willing to listen to your feelings or wants you to think that your feelings are wrong may be the one that has been abusive to you in your past & doesn't want you to realize that your feelings about them or the situations is really correct....they may be trying to protect themselves by making you feel that your feelings are wrong, & worthless.

I pray that you will continue to work on the self estem, the strength to believe in yourself & trust in yourself being of value in every part of your being so that people that try to make you feel that your feelings are wrong or worthless will be able to have less & less effect on you as you move forward in your life.

Keep those feelings coming above all....knowing that they are right for you & that they do express what is true in your life.
