As Susan said, you can report this to a moderator, myself, or Doc John by PM anytime you want. You also have the option of recording the chat, it's in one of the pull-down menus in the chatroom, so that you'll have a word by word account of exactly what was said. We want everyone to always have a positive experience when they chat, but unfortunetly that doesn't always happen.
