But most of all, remember that is was the dumb glasses fault. You didn't put it there wrapped in paper so that you could step on it. You didn't even know it was there & you didn't step on it on purpose.

No part of what happened makes you a moron.....YOU ARE NOT A MORON!!!!!! repeat repeat repeat & repeat again until it sticks in the mind......lol.

I know the feeling however when things happen, I always wonder how I could have been so stupid to let it happen....I am going through that right now with everything that happened to me on my trip home from KY when I stayed in Albuquerque.

I am glad you could get to the ER to have your foot taken care of because blood thinners make cuts very very dangerous.

I hope that is heals quickly & there are no complications or infections that happen....just make sure to do all the needed care to protect yourself from anything more that might happen & that will definitely reinforce that you are NOT a moron.
