I did DBT a few years ago and now go to a support group once a month. I found it invaluable!! I had weekly sessions with a psychologist as well as telephone support and weekly group sessions. I saw my T less often but my psychologist was a million times better than my T because he knew exactly about BPD He understood me more than any body I had ever met up to that point in my life! I think it would really be worth considering!
