Sorry you had such a terrible experience. I have not used chat all that much in the time I've been on these boards but the few times I have gone it has been without major incident.

How unnecessary of that poster to be so rude. Glad you now know how to report this type of thing.

From what I know (and sometimes that ain't much! ) chat seems to be a supportive environment for most people here. It doesn't work for everyone but if is does work for you then by all means do what you need to to keep it safe!
