I hear both, at times, and not at the same time.

Two nights ago, it was raining heavily outside. I had the bedroom window cracked. The raindrops hitting on different surfaces of the house sounded like a large crowd of men and women, talking non-stop. It kept waking me. It was very bothersome. Frustrating.

Today, we turned on an air conditioner for a few minutes and I started hearing music of all kinds, like a distant stereo. I had to check to see if someone was playing music somewhere else in the house. No other music playing in the house. This was erratic music, pieces of songs/music all mixed up. It can be very bothersome.

I also often hear music while a fan is running. Sometimes it's a coherent song. Other times, it's pieces of music alternating with other songs/pieces of music.

I don't hear these without a stimulus of a sound (a fan, raindrops, etc.). It seems the sound gets distorted.

It can be pop, rock, orchestra, choir (and more) all alternating. It can also be redundant and coherent pieces of music.

My neurologist thinks it's a variation of migraine activity. That's what he'd guess. There's a correlation between BP and migraine. I am what they call a "migraineur." Lots of migraines and migraine variants.

I also live with BP, so I thought I'd ask if others also experience this?
