Those are all things that can be repaired or could be start over entirely. I know right now, it doesn't seem like that, and could very much seem permanent but it's not. Sometimes, to combat the thoughts of being a burden, you must write down an old fashioned t chart. On one side put the feelings, other side you put the physical or verbal evidence to back it up.
If that doesn't work, well, I'm here to vent to.
