Ask her out for a "safe" date, coffee, lunch, even Christmas shopping. You'll know if she's interested, without putting yourself "out" there. In my experience, nothing ventured, nothing gained (and if you don't have it in the first place, it's not really a loss!). You never know, this could be the right person for you.
