That's how I used to feel but then I went somewhere that I had a good experience and now I'm fine with it. I know my pdoc won't make me go unless it is really needed and I know that if I go it won't be so bad and so I have come to think of it as a safe place that's there when needed and I don't have to worry about it when it is not.

Mood disorder units can really make it better if you have that available. Like everything psychiatric I travel for it but it's worth it.

I hope you don't have to go but also hope that someone is able to get you feeling better soon. You've put up a hard fight for weeks and you may need to just rest.
