My Mom and Dad would curse me
When I did something bad
This is what they would say,
"I hope some day when you havekids
they put you through
what you put us through today. "
Ok, I have been cursed
but I learned way back
Sometimes still today
faith I do lack
Why throw cursings over children
I learned my lessons
way back
So why curse your children and their children
that is my question?
I don't understand it
I guess I never will
I know I don't throw cursings at my kids
and I never will
I speak blessing for my kids instead
