So how does this feeling "forced" make you feel towards your therapist? Why do you think he or she is doing this? Does it remind you of anything else in your life. All of those discussions are excellent therapy material!


The way you come across Im thinking are you sure you not a therapist yourself?

Oh I figured it out, after speaking to them. Just felt like I don't know pressuring myself to show my "vulnerability"
Though the person it reminds me of is my partner. Forceful,impatient. Which can be really annoying.
