I have to try cutting out everything in my diet that is causing mental illness. I cut out all my vitamins and supplements and I am feeling better, but I still hear voices. Introducing them back into my diet is difficult because I have to test out each item separately for three days each. That sucks. Right now for four days I am in limbo because I am writing an extremely emotional journal. So I think I'll just take it easy and not rush things.
