I don't know anything about "visual snow" but I have been dealing with the tinnitus in my ears. It started after a bad infection in my ear (Left) and when there's sinus issues.
I've also read it can come from too much caffeine. Perhaps we need to drink more water. It seems to be getting better, but I still hearing it. Stress also seems to irritate it more. Lastly I've heard it's really a brain issues (not an anomaly) but it has been conditioned from other loud sounds like music, machines, loud experiences that affected the ear & brain. 🤷🏻*♀️I talked to a therapist about it (he does EMDR) he said he didn't have much success with helping others with the condition.
