Until two years ago I was in my apartment for a whole year. No going outside for anything at all.

The prior years after 2013 were comparable. This shocks most people but I've been dealing with benzo withdrawal which takes years for some of us lucky ones. Before 2013 I used to be able to make appointments and go to them.

Anyway, 2 years of nearly solid agoraphobia. I have been leaning on my bed watching TV and I liked that.
